bawor durian
Indonesia's top tier durian, Bawor only recently gain popularity in Indonesia, good ones rival Malaysia's Musang King.
Seeds are flat and small, but thicker than Musang King's.
Bawor has a thick meat texture, somewhere between raw cookie dough and gelato, taste starts with sweet on your tongue, heavy on sweet body, then a bit bitter from middle til the end, but still with sweet body. Meat's texture is kind of hard to swallow, very sticky at the back of your mouth, so eat it at smaller pieces.
