Peppered Paloma
The use of pepper-infused tequila is key in my home cocktails - mixing up different types to balance heat on both the front end and to linger. I sometimes use all peppered tequila for a bit more kick, or when making margaritas with the same recipe template (changing grapefruit to anything tart like pomegranate, passion fruit, lemon or combinations of more than one). Always with Ancho Reyes though. 💥
