IMO, the sole "fancy" thing on my list is this 15 EUR ham-cheese sandwich on buttery & flaky pastry bread from this bakery inside the Ritz Paris. You must order online at least 1 day in advance. I'd recommend grabbing a few things to-go as you're next to Place Vendome, which is a beautiful square, as well as not far from Jardin des Tuileries.
